How do I create an account?

Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page, enter your registered email, and we’ll send a secure link to reset it. The link is valid for 24 hours.
Can I update my account details?
Yes, log in to your account, go to "My Profile," and update your address, payment methods, or contact information as needed.

How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, select a payment method, and confirm your order.
Can I track my order?
Yes, after dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Log in to your account to view order status.
Are there any discounts available?
Check our "Offers" page or sign up for the MyGP Rewards program to access exclusive discounts and promotions.
Delivery Questions
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 48–72 hours with Royal Mail Tracked 48 or DPD Standard, depending on your location.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping starts at £3.90 for Royal Mail Tracked 48 (0–2 kg). See our Delivery Information page for full rates.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the EU only, excluding certain regions like Switzerland and Norway.
Returns & Policy
Can I return an item?
Yes, you can return items within 14 days of receipt if they’re unopened and in original condition. Contact us for a return label.
Are there restocking fees?
No restocking fees apply, but shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.
