Orders placed and paid by 3:00 pm (UK time) are usually dispatched the same working day.
Delivery times are quoted in working days and may vary during bank holidays.
Next Day Delivery and Free Delivery are not available at this time.
Shipping costs are non-refundable in the case of failed or returned deliveries.
We do not currently ship outside the EU, nor to Switzerland, Norway, Canary Islands, Cyprus, Gibraltar, Malta, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Monaco, or San Marino.

Do you deliver to BFPO Addresses? | If you would like your order sent to a BFPO (British Forces Post Office) address, please select Royal Mail at checkout, as other carriers are unable to deliver to BFPO addresses. |
Can I get Next-Day Delivery? | Next Day Delivery and Free Delivery are not available at this time. Our standard services are: Royal Mail Tracked 48 (0–2 kg): £3.90, DPD Standard 48–72 hrs (0–2 kg): £5.70, DPD Standard 48–72 hrs (2–20 kg): £6.20. |

Will I get a Tracking Number? | We will receive your tracking number and dispatch email as soon as your order has been scanned out of our warehouse and enters the courier&rsquos tracking network. |
